This One Simple Bedtime Routine Stopped My 3 AM Wake-Ups

I'd tried everything else before a friend sent me this video. Now I'm sleeping through the night again.

At 55 years old, I honestly thought waking up in the middle of the night was just part of getting older.

Almost every night, I'd open my eyes, look at the clock, and see 3 AM.

And I'd think...

Here we go again.

I'd lie there staring at the ceiling, exhausted, but my brain just wouldn't shut off.

I'd wonder...

πŸŒ™ Why do I keep waking up?

πŸŒ™ Why can't I stay asleep?

πŸŒ™ What's wrong with me?

The worst part wasn't just being awake.

It was knowing the next day was going to be hard.

I'd wake up feeling tired, foggy, and like a zombie.

I couldn't remember the last time I slept through the night or woke up feeling refreshed.

I was tired of being tired.

I started dreading bedtime because I already knew what might happen.

πŸŒ™ Another night of waking up.

πŸŒ™ Another morning feeling exhausted.

πŸŒ™ Another day trying to push through.

I tried...

❌ Melatonin

❌ Magnesium

❌ Sleep gummies

❌ Sleep supplements

❌ Herbal teas

You name it.

I felt like I'd tried everything.

I'd fall asleep just fine, but I'd still find myself awake in the middle of the night.

I didn't want another temporary fix.

I wanted to understand why this kept happening.

I wanted to stop worrying about whether I'd sleep that night.

I just wanted to feel like myself again.

Then a friend sent me a short video showing one simple bedtime routine.

I almost ignored it because I figured it would be the same as everything else.

But I watched it anyway.

It was something I hadn't come across before.

I was out of options, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try something different.

That's when I finally understood what had been keeping me awake.

And for the first time in a long time...

I was finally sleeping through the night, waking up refreshed, and feeling like myself again.

Wishing you better sleep,

Susan M.
